Why mint the NFTs on Ethereum, a more expensive network, and not on other cheaper ones?

Because the concept of buying fragmented property via NFTs is very new, we have chosen initially to use the most widespread and liquid network used on opensea and other NFT platforms. Eventually we will mint in other networks as well.
