How do I know that the land I buy will be protected from fire, invasions etc?

Moss is creating a 30-year protection fund with 20% of all sales proceeds, that will cover for patrolling, satellite imaging and maintenance costs. Moss is also reserving 5% of sales proceeds to create provisions so that we guarantee a substitution of NFTs in case the forested area gets damaged in anyway.
